When you use water efficient devices like shower heads, toilets, washing machines and dishwashers, this is another way to live green. Having a healthy indoor air by using low toxic paints and the correct glue for flooring is yet another.

The city of Seattle green building program has helped many property owners take advantage of all the knowledge about green living and sustainability under one roof. You can get educated about the subject through seminars and lectures, you can get information about the financial incentives at your disposal and you can get referrals to builders and materials. The city of Bellevue is where Build Green – the master builders association is located, and you can get educated there about green building, or the city of Federal Way which leads the way is solar energy and solar panels.
